My service advisor Michael H was and has been wonderful each and every time I have my Highlander serviced. Making sure my requests are completed and provides an update throughout the process. The bad part is the new dealership owner "Gettel" have taken away the "loaner car" perk which is a big step backward in their customer service part. Having been a loyal Lexus customer for 20 years and trying Toyota does not make me happy about removing this! More

Had an appointment for oil change on a weekday afternoon and it took more than 2.5 hours. Asked the service advisor 3 times on the status and just told to wait. There was no proactive update or communicat and it took more than 2.5 hours. Asked the service advisor 3 times on the status and just told to wait.
