The service advisor and the service was very good. But when the service was completed I was told to wait outside while the valet brought my car out to me. He went outside and talked to several people who could not give him a good answer. He finally found my key pod and delivered my car to me. More

I brought the car in for regular service and walked to a breakfast place nearby. They were really busy and my Avalon Hybrid took about 90 minutes in all. Not bad. He was quick attentive, empathetic.
