The car sales woman was great. She was very nice and helpful. The manager who we spoke to during the negotiating part of the process was also very nice and helpful. However the final part of the process which was to sign a million documents was the worst. We did not take the car the same day due to additional inspections that it was still pending. Went back the next morning and were told the process would be super fast. 3 hours we were waiting. We were told that we were 2nd in line and that it would be 20 minutes. After 3 hours waiting we asked if there was anyway we could see someone else. After I had calmly asked the receptionist that, a rep came by and asked us to be patient and as he was walking away he laughed in a mocking manner. Financial advisor was told that we were yelling and making a scene. Same rep would walk by and just laugh in a mocking manner. More

Akbar was great, he showed us the cars and helped out with getting us deal on price for the car. The rest of our experience was not great. We had to wait over 3hours to sit with the finance manager to fi with getting us deal on price for the car. The rest of our experience was not great. We had to wait over 3hours to sit with the finance manager to finish the sale. Then when we finally got to the car at this point it was after hours and the detailing was not completed. The entire back seat was still dirty. mats were not cleaned and fingerprints all over. Then the next day we came back to have the car detailed again and still it was dirty! There were crumbs on the center console and the fingerprints were still on the head rests. I felt like was taking home a used car! And since I dont have all day to just sit to have someone clean it for a third time I took it home and cleaned it myself. I have been a customer for over 10yrs at this location and last 1+ years I have not had a great experiences here. More

My car was initially purchased from a different dealership. I was not overly impressed with the service from the moment I bought the car and even for my first service. I took the opportunity to try out Stadium Toyota (early 2021) and it was the best decision I could have made. Amber has helped me with a RCTA (Rear Cross Traffic Alert) which was affecting my rearview camera. Everything was done to assess the situation and figure out what was causing the alert. Her and the team did everythign to get everything back to working properly. On a second ocassion Amber went above and beyond to fix an issue which caused my panoramic sunroof to fall off the track and ultimately not close. Although it took a while to fix, every accomodation was made to make sure that the sunroof was covered by Toyota. Amber has been amazing from the very first day. Her communication and friendliness put me at ease. I feel she has done everything and more to make sure I am covered. Her assistance is exactly what I needed and every service advisor could learn a few things from her customer service skills. Not only is she a great advocate for customer service, but she also is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the repairs.I am truly grateful for her help! More
