I used to enjoy going to this dealership as their customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Under new management they are now charging a fee to use credit cards whe customer service was always excellent and lounge area was always well kept. Under new management they are now charging a fee to use credit cards when servicing your vehicle. Previously, snacks were provided to those who were waiting for their vehicle now that has gone away as well. It’s the little things that go a long way. Was also considering trading my Tundra in for a new one just won’t be doing it their. Maximizing profits is the name of the game, but to what extent if they are already generating a lot of money through their service shop. Such a shame. More

Ravi is wonderful and same as Keith, the driver. I came for 75000 maintenant and air tiré light on all the time. After fixing it, the light was still on! So I told Ravi and someone came to fix it and it was fine. I just think the repair crew should check everything first before deliver to the customers. Then the 3% credit card charge is also unthinkable for a huge company like Toyota! Nowadays only small shops will charge credit card fee! And imaging people buy cars and do big repairs there? Very inconvenient! More
