When I picked up car the bill was extremely confusing so I asked the rep to help me figure it out. The lady who checked me out was rude!!! I don’t know her name, it was not the same woman who checked in my I asked the rep to help me figure it out. The lady who checked me out was rude!!! I don’t know her name, it was not the same woman who checked in my car and had been texting me. It was closing time and clearly she didn’t want to take the time. She also said I was not her customer.
