The dealership was not help in Diagnosing the problem with the car I brought in! I just was charged for the diagnosis which was fine, however, the service rep. Didn’t get the one problem addressed. I was with the car I brought in! I just was charged for the diagnosis which was fine, however, the service rep. Didn’t get the one problem addressed. I was not satisfied in anyway! The service Technician couldn’t Guarantee to fix the problem. I will not be back for service or to buy a new car. And I will make sure I do not send any Referrals or my customers to Nissan!!! More

Even with an appt. It took more than 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. Had email coupons but the final bill was more. (Not tax). The lady that checked in the vehicle outside was good, I talked to her a while because I had to wait outside until the checked me in. Didn't seem to have the info I put in online. More
