My Appointment was a Monday at 7:00am. Mike greeted me with a smile on his face (even at 7am,lol) made me feel welcomed and jotted down information from the vehicle needed for write up. I Mike greeted me with a smile on his face (even at 7am,lol) made me feel welcomed and jotted down information from the vehicle needed for write up. Invited me inside his write up area and we spoke about what I needed performed. After a simple write up and signature he escorted me to the customer lounge area and showed me the amenities . Mike told me it would take roughly an hour and half and if I needed anaything dont hesitate to ask. After about 45 minutes I received a text from the technician with a video about undercarriage of vehicle and assured me everything looked in great condition. He then explained that he was going to lower the vehicle and finish the service and send another video of the top side. A few minutes later he did just that and again said everything is in great condition. This was an unbelievable tool to use and show customer. Now just a short time after Mike came into lounge and told me my vehicle was ready and for me to follow to his desk. Mike thoroughly went over complete invoice with me and asked if I had any questions before payment. Once paid I was escorted to my vehicle that was waiting for me outside the service door. Mike opened the door and thanked me for my service and to look for him on my next service. All I can say is OUTSTANDING SERVICE!. Be sure to keep employees around like Mike! More

I came in for an oil change and ended up waiting over an hour and a half. They overfilled my tires and balanced my tires but the day after my steering wheel started shaking when I went over 70mpg. Dealer stated all my tires and breaks were good and there was no necessary further maintenance to be dine. After finishing I was told I was getting a car wash even though it was raining. My front seat was vacuumed but nothing else was done on the inside. Waiting room area was comfy but overall not pleased. More
