I took my 2020 Nissan frontier in to have an extra replacement key fob made. I was told it was $220. I paid, and then they told me I needed another appointment for service. I went to service, and then replacement key fob made. I was told it was $220. I paid, and then they told me I needed another appointment for service. I went to service, and then was told it was an additional $190. I wish they communicated upfront that the total would be 450 I was also initially told when I purchased the replacement that it would be 45min to an hour, then when I arrived on time at Service to have it program, I was then told it was one to one and a half hours. They still did it in 45 minutes, but it seems that communication could be improved a little. More
