I love the guys in the service center they are so great to deal with, friendly, helpful and accomidating. This is a great dealer! I go to Gettel Nissan for my 2007 Nissan Ataima since 2007,I go there because they are very honest,and friendly. Since moving to Sarasota about 7 months ago I started taking my nissan to Gettel Nissan and 95% of the time I have dealt with Derek Thomas. George Rivera is by far the best auto service person I have ever worked with. He is conscientious, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, always gets the job done, returns phone calls, accommodate have ever worked with. I have called him a few times for information regarding car-related problems I have had while traveling, and he has been most helpful. When he was with Nissan in Venice, I traveled 20 miles out of my way so I could use Nissan service, and only realized I was going there because of George when he wasn't there any more. George was very friendly and reviewed in detail what was being performed on my car and what would be needed at my next visit. He signed me up for One to One Rewards and also took care of some warranty issu being performed on my car and what would be needed at my next visit.
