Took car in for 30,000 mile service - everyone was friendly and told me my car would be ready approximately around 12 noon. Prior to taking car in I was given a work sheet which gave me details of service that was recommened to be done on my car. We went over the work sheet and one item was deleted as it was previously done so didn't need to be done again. My car was clean and washed of which I absolutely love this service. In today's world not to many car dealerships do this anymore so I was very pleased. More

I choose to drive over 36 miles roundtrip for their friendly and knowledgeable service advisors, particularly Mr. Derek Thomas, rather than patronize another Nissan dealer just 3 miles from my home. Gettel has treated me right in both sales and service. In sales, they beat a competing dealer with their first offer when I had spent over two hours with another dealer who refused to negotiate in good faith. In service, Gettel has always had exceptional service advisors who go above and beyond the "norm" to insure satisfied customers. Specifically, Mr. Thomas has given me a coupon price for service or parts when I did not have the coupons with me. A former service advisor, Michelle Braden, addressed me by name when she had never met me before and made sure I was comfortable in the customer waiting lounge. For all the good sales and service experiences, there have been some "not so good" technician experiences (hence the "4" in Quality Of Work): lug nuts dropped on soft alloy wheels leaving dents; fuel filler door pushed in; grease left on the lower console; automatic climate control left on 90 degrees on a hot day; noticeable alignment change after a tire rotation. But through the years of patronage, the good out-weighs the "not so good" and I remain a loyal and devoted Gettel customer. More
I am a repeat customer of Gettel Nissan. I have leased two cars from them and I keep coming back for one reason, the service department. When you have a problem,, which may be a difficult one to diagnose two cars from them and I keep coming back for one reason, the service department. When you have a problem,, which may be a difficult one to diagnose they treat you with respect and understanding. They are very aware of the lack or the depth of their customer knowledge of auto repair. As a result your experience in the service department is a positive one with minimal stress and anxiety. They work with you and try to be very flexible as to your personal work schedule resulting in being able to work the service appointment into your schedule rather than their schedule. I have found that all of the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. It just isn't one associate that has a service minded mentality but all of them. So you really do not have to worry about who you may be talking with or explaining a problem. They are all equally pleasant to work with including the service manager, Charlie. Charlie and his associates have been taking very good care of me for over 5 years and I intend to continue purchasing Nissan products and having the service department at Gettel Nissan be there for my support. I would recommend the service department to anyone. When you buy a new car you want it to be a very positive experience. That experience goes far beyond the sale; it is what happens after the sale that really matters. That's why the service department is so important. The service department is the one aspect of the dealership that keeps the customers coming back. That is why I keep coming back to Gettel Nissan. More
I was not getting the customer service from a nearby nissan dealer in which I had previously purchased 4 brand new vehicles from their dealership. had a recall issue on my frontier and decided to conta nissan dealer in which I had previously purchased 4 brand new vehicles from their dealership. had a recall issue on my frontier and decided to contact Gettel with my delema. they got me in that day and were extremely kind, hospitable, and even gave me a free oil change and tire rotation certificate. Gettel Nissan is a phenomenal dealership... especially the service department. I recently relocated to the area and was concerned that since I didn't purchase my vehicle there, it would be a hassle to get the service department. I recently relocated to the area and was concerned that since I didn't purchase my vehicle there, it would be a hassle to get them to service my car. I was dead wrong! They took me in like family. Now, every time I walk in the door they know my name and what services I'm going to need. I no longer dread taking my car in for servicing! The guys all have GREAT attitudes and really care about and value their customers. They are also very trustworthy and knowledgeable. (During my 15,000 mile service, they actually told me there were services that weren't necessary and that I wouldn't be charged for them.) They go more than the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your service. Rob, the Assistant Service Manager, always takes time to listen to my concerns, goes over the itemized bill, and gives me a heads up on what the next visit will entail. One of the best things about Gettel Nissan's service department... the wait. My visits are always a quick in-and-out deal and I can go on with my day! I LOVE how accommodating these guys are! I'm always in good hands when I'm at Gettel Nissan. I'll definitely be purchasing my next vehicle with them!! More
