Will never buy any product from a Gettel dealership. Tour service department and people are worthless and have no customer service. You give me a bottom line piece of crap loaner with no logo in its place and put me out and then over charge me for a tire sensor??????? Thanks but no thanks you are the worst kind of people. Did not honor their commitmeant to repair within 30 days We recently bought a used Town and Country from Gettel. After the usual Gettel inflation of the advertised price was argued and partially corrected, We recently bought a used Town and Country from Gettel. After the usual Gettel inflation of the advertised price was argued and partially corrected, the salesman verbally told us that in addition to a free 90 warranty on many items, if anything went wrong within 30 days of purchase, we should bring it in and they would take care of it. Before the 30 day period was up we had occasion to try to fold the stow and go seats and found one of them would not unlatch from the floor. We took it in and were given an appointment to bring it back the next week for repair. We brought it in and were told it would be $599 to fix it by Nancy and when we told her the salesman said they would make right anything that was not right within 30 days, she checked her system and said we did not have that kind of warranty. No, cuz it was verbal. She asked who promised us that, the salesman? We said yes. She just nodded and said it was not covered. After some discussion with her, she said that we were correct, that leaving us with the problem was not right. Then said she would talk to the service manager and see what could be done for us. She would call back the next day. That was a week ago. Not exactly what I call being taken care of. More
