The work on recalls was done on time. The check in experience was fine. Checkout had my wife put in the wrong vehicle. The real problem is the customer calling experience. I had called 2 weeks prior and was jockeyed around on the phone. I ended up leaving a message after waiting on the line 10 minutes. Didn’t get a call back. After a week I called back and after similar redirects finally got through to make an appointment. I have had other poor experiences with service. More
In the service department the lady was very helpful in explaining about the operations of the vehicle & what was needed to be service that day. The waiting was in reasonable time.
