Appt was at 10am and they still hadn't even looked at my car when I called at 2pm. They said there was nothing wrong with the ac seat, but the driver side barely blows compared to the passenger side and car when I called at 2pm. It doesn’t appear that there is a lot of repair work going on. Scheduling seems to rake several days but nothing appears overloaded. Maybe a shortage of qualified technicians.
