I usually don't have any complaints about all the service work I have had done in the past. When getting some recall work done on my 2006 Mercury, the work was repaired in less time than originally stated. S work I have had done in the past. Sitting outside on the patio I saw my car pull up in the pickup lane so I decided to walk around to the front door and check with Steve the service writer if it was ready to go. He told me to go sit down and it would be ready in ten minutes very rudely. This was not ok with me. I'm sorry if I was getting in the way being a customer. He will never talk to me again like that because I will find another dealership to do all my service work. I was in the Saturday before and Steve was very polite and friendly when getting my Lincoln serviced and also making the appointment for my Mercury. I love the way Lincoln has treated me in the past. I will continue to use Lincoln dealers to service my Lincoln but most likely not Gettel. More
