I used the valet for the first time. It was picked up on Tuesday and returned on Thursday for an oil change. I called Wednesday late afternoon to inquire about the car. I was told it was completed on Tuesday but I never received a call. Again, I had valet service so I had transportation so it didn't really matter The valet is convenient and it was nice to have the loaner in case we needed it. I used the valet service because my last oil change took 4 hours. I joked with a couple of the employees about this calling it "the home of the 4 hour oil change." I always use the dealer for my service and am pleased with the work they perform. I always take their recommendations regarding things like cabin filters etc even though it becomes pricey. To get an appointment again I had to leave a voice mail then wait a couple hours for them to return the call. They apparently run 2-3 weeks out on oil changes so I recommend calling early if you really need service. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The 3% additional charge for using a credit card for payment is something you need to be aware of. Take a check or cash to avoid these charges. More
