Four days after I purchased the car it would not start and I called the dealership because I was getting a message to remove the ignition insert. Your receptionist could care less. She transferred me t and I called the dealership because I was getting a message to remove the ignition insert. Your receptionist could care less. She transferred me to the Service dept and it went into voicemail. I called back and asked her to get up and find someone I could speak to. She found me a salesman and he just said "sorry" but its probably the battery in the key....its my problem now. I would think you would replace the key batteries in all used cars that you sell, but I guess that is not the case. I am not real happy with your dealership. More
