When I first went to the refreshment bar, there was no coffee or refreshments. After about 30 minutes an employee went after coffee and then someone came and took care of the issue. My wait was twice as long as I was first told, but I did agree to having two issues taking care of, cabin filter and wipers. I misunderstood the texts pertaining to the amounts of each service and the bill was around fifty dollars more than I thought it would be. I found the amount to have the dealership change wipers was very expensive and probably will not do that again! Russell went over the bill and did find something that should not of been on the bill and removed, for which I did appreciate. More
