The entire building has a very strong scent. For those of us who have an allergy it makes this place painful. I understand even though you have an appointment that the tech may need some time to For those of us who have an allergy it makes this place painful. I understand even though you have an appointment that the tech may need some time to get to your car but, having to ask to have it looked at within the 2-hour time frame is not something I feel I should have to do. They need to schedule efficiently and not over book the techs. Kim and the tech were great and understanding trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible but, there is not even a bench outside to sit on and wait to get out of the smell. Management should care about their customers and their comfort while spending hours waiting. More
