We had an excellent experience at Gettel KIA. We made an appointment to order a new KIA Telluride expecting to wait some time for it to be delivered. Initial response to my request on a Friday to check stock on a particular car was rapid and responsive. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no follow up. The salesperson, Steven, said he would send me his on a particular car was rapid and responsive. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no follow up. The salesperson, Steven, said he would send me his contact info so I could submit the VIN of my current auto. Nothing happened. I finally called back on Sun and spoke with Chris, again nonresponsive. Eventually, I received a note that the car I was interested in had been sold that weekend. Do not ever withhold information or otherwise mislead a customer. I will not deal with anyone from Gettel Kia ever again if I can help it. More
