Beyond impressed with the service I received from Steve, Brandon and Abby. I found the van that I wanted at 11 am online, scheduled my appointment for 2pm and drove away as a new owner at 4:30PM. The entire team worked together to make the experience as smooth as can be. Especially because we were entertaining my 16month old daughter the entire time. They were friendly, helpful, informative, and everything you would want a good sales experience to have. Steven was a great sales rep that was not pushy at all. He explained all the features I was looking for, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the van. Brandon was able to work with my not so great credit and was able to get me a stellar loan without jumping through all the hoops. Abby was beyond patient, explained all the docs to me and was easy to talk to. I would give them all 10 stars if I could!! More
