This service center is very professional, very organized and personably staffed. This was the second appointment to repair a recall. I had made the first appointment two weeks in advance, and when I arrived and personably staffed. This was the second appointment to repair a recall. I had made the first appointment two weeks in advance, and when I arrived at the appointed time, the part was not available. I had some other investigative work done, and rescheduled. I was called to return, and that service was performed, and a very satisfied. I only give four stars because I think the part could have been ordered by the time I arrived for my first appointment.
