I scheduled a recall item with Devaron who was very pleasant and professional. When I arrived I got a text from her saying if I had any questions I could contact her while at the service center. My sales rep answered my questions and was knowledgeable. I did not appreciate the set-up of the dealership where there was no security in discussing information and private/personal information.
