4 wheel alignment I am a Canadian snowbird that developed problems with my alignment on the way from Nova Scotia to Sarasota. I booked an appointment within 24 hours of calling Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota. The experience was no different than the other 3 appointments I have had with them over the last two winters; competent, courteous and a general sense that my time was valuable. This is the only dealership I have encountered that seems to truly care about my issues and gets them sorted out quickly. One special note: my service adviser (Tonya) was prompt, helpful, knowledgeable and keen to get me in and out of there as soon as reasonably possible. She was also funny and very personable. I hope I have her as my adviser again for my next visit in April. More
