My Van broke down after leaving dealership. They gave wrong information, saying I needed alternate battery. They said main battery, you installed in Feb. of 2021 was good. The service station who installed battery, scaned van, it has electrical problems. Called Gettle Twice, spoke to Four different people. Still can't find out if van is covered under extended warranty. Showed up almost an hour early for an oil change and stood outside for around 10 minutes before the rep finally checked me in. Then it took almost 2 hours for it to be done. There was a recall on my truck that they addressed but it took way too long for an oil change. A after my truck was brought up after it was finished , I waited for around 10 minutes thinking I would get a text or he would come get me after the paperwork was done but nope. I had to go to the counter and ask. Doesn’t seem like anyone there was in a hurry to do anything. One more thing, when I arrived, I used the rest room and one of the stalls needed attention badly, I had seen a few employees go in and out so I thought it was addressed. Two hours later just before I left I used the restroom again and it was still not addressed. Don’t know if I will go back or not. I did buy a Jeep there and it took 9 months for them to send a check to me from my credit card deposit. More
