They did a fabulous job with diagnosing the problem, fixing it and communicating through the process. I was hesitant due to some things prior to the hurricane. I am very unhappy with the service. I arrived at 9:30 am. There was a problem with the auto start/stop. The warning light was on. I also asked them to change the oil. I had to wait for my van as I have no other means of transportation. I sat patiently waiting for 3.5 hours with no information about my van. I finally ask someone to check on the progress only to be told that the service representative who was assigned to me had gone to lunch. When he finally came back he told me that they thought it was the battery. I don’t know why it would take, now going on 4 hours, to say I needed a new battery when you have computers to diagnose the problem. Do for 4 hours, all they really did was change the oil and rotate the tires. They also said I needed back breaks, but now that I think about that, my van only has 40,000 miles on it. I should not have needed breaks. A little suspicious if you ask me. We are now going on 5 hours when I asked again if they were done and the comment was made that “I can tell them to stop.” Which was a stupid statement seeing that it had already been 5 1/2 hours. It took another hour so now we are at 7 hours. I got back in my car at 4:30pm. I started to drive home and low and behold, the start/stop function still didn’t work. After 7 hours, it still didn’t work. I called back right away and was told that they couldn’t get my car back in until next week. I drove the car the next day and not only was the start/stop not working, things were worse than ever. Now when I stop at a red light, the van shuts off totally throwing it into park and putting on the emergency break. Also the entire instrument panel goes off and back on. I’m afraid to drive it and hope I don’t get killed because it shuts off. If your technicians can’t find and fix a problem in 7 hours, you need to get new people. Also, you should have had my van in the very next morning no matter how busy you were. More
