I needed service for my 2018 Pacifica. I had a nail in my tire and needed a wheel lock key. With out it we could not get the tires off. I called the dealership, I had to bring the van in. I only gave them 3 stars for now because the problem that it was in for and supposedly fixed was not. If they had started the car and tested it a couple of times they would have known that. I scheduled my service appointment online, when I got there it was not on record. They assigned me to Donald and he made sure that he took care of me. Thanks to Jake and the rest of the service team for taking the time and Effort to determine the root cause of the constant check engine light flashing frequently but periodically It took some time an taking the time and Effort to determine the root cause of the constant check engine light flashing frequently but periodically It took some time and Persistence but we’re able to correct the problem. Can be exhausting having a brand new 2022 Gladiator with less than 3000 miles but Jakes team appears to have taken care of the problem. Very happy with them. More
