I called 3 times to confirm that a rental or loaner would be available given warranty work. I was driving up from ft myers. Also was told that the rental would be at no charge. When I arrived I was told I could pay for a rental or get an Uber. The only rental that they then offered couldn’t fit my family of 5. I cancelled apt and opted to stay local in ft myers. I parked my car at the door to get oil changed and tires rotated. When my car was finished I had to hunt for it in the parking lot in the rain. Why was it not brought back to the door for me??
