We were very pleased with our service appointment. Nick was very pleasant as was Paul who first welcomed us. I was impressed when I asked Nick if customers usually tipped him. His response” no they do Nick was very pleasant as was Paul who first welcomed us. I was impressed when I asked Nick if customers usually tipped him. His response” no they don’t, actually it’s the technician who should be tipped but they usually aren’t “. We did give him a tip and asked him to see that the technician got it. They have ordered a headlight assembly for our Chrysler and will call us when it comes in. We were very pleased. Thank you. More

A waste of time. Had to wait to get oil in stock while I was there. Said I needed a new tire because of a nail but I pulled the nail and it was in the tread only so t Had to wait to get oil in stock while I was there.
