First I would like to mention that in order to replace the starter, the battery had to be disconnected, and since all modern aftermarket 2x din stereo system use a modulator to connect into the ECU, via a proprietary Mopar plug and are not directly wired into the electrical system. In contrast to the June of 22 visit, I do not believe that disconnecting the battery was required, while it was required to replace the starter, and reconnecting the battery and the accompanying power surge is a common problem. Secondly, please attach a photo of the “hair clip that is holding the stereo together”. So that this public forum can see how dishonest you really are. Furthermore, after reading some of your maintenance reviews on Google, this is par for your course! Additionally, please explain in detail how this “hair clip” that you claim to be holding the stereo together, as you put it could have anything to do with the established fact that the stereo was completely functional before your technician touched it? That being said, my wife, Ellen, has been attempting to contact your management team all afternoon, with nobody answering and no voicemail. However, Ellen did leave her name and number as well as linkage to this vehicle with your operator. Ellen stated that it appeared as though every single person is hiding under their desks. Ellen’s primary reason for contacting you is to verify to you that the stereo was in working order. One more point of logic that I wish for you to consider is that why would I come in with a detailed punch list of items and not include a non-functional stereo? After reviewing several horrible Google reviews regarding your service department over the past view months. I am not surprised that you have doubled down on your CYA mentality. I recommend connecting those reviews to the technicians and maintenance managers, then refer them to HR or fire them, because they are not helping your business.

In response to your private message that you sent at 12:39PM today as follows: Sir, We have try to call you several times to resolve this issue and to get your authorization to diagnose the issue. Our Service Director has left messages as well so we can actually speak to you instead of communicating through Dealer Rater. We will try to contact you again within the next few minutes so we can communicate. Thank you Bill Finocchiaro General Manager Gettel CDJR We have also left messages for, probably more than you did as a matter of fact. 4 of those messages were from my wife Ellen, informing you to contact her via cell phone, which she has given to no less than two operators yesterday and today so either your team is not bringing you the messages or your simply refusing to call the number that will be answered. Regardless, your team has not spoken to anyone here in good faith from the beginning, which is how it appears that you treat all customers when things do not go your way. If you or anyone in your company had anything to say in good faith in an attempt to find some common ground or compromise at all, then why haven’t they posted here? You just want to have a one sided conversation with no record of what you said anyway. I’d rather have a record. However, Ellen has been waiting for your call for two days now. Please note that absolutely nobody at Gettel would even answer the phone until the reviews started coming your way. This has taken over a week now and nobody at Gettel has left one message by phone or otherwise in an attempt to resolve this matter!
