I had a car towed in on a Saturday with dead battery and flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Tuesday I call to see if it got seen, get told it hasn’t even been recorded in flat tire. I know it won’t be looked at until probably late Monday. Well had Joey recorded the car I would have been in queue 2 days earlier. But ok. So it is what it is. Wednesday I check again get a hostile text that nobody is looking at it. Thursday I call to say I’m bringing a tow truck to move the car. You guys are busy I know it’s the season I’ll just go elsewhere. Half an hour later I get a call the car is ready. Whatever. More

The dealership closes at 7pm and we called and let Joshua know that we were going to be late. HE said that was fine and we arrived at 7:30. Service request for auto butler should not taken 5 plus hours to complete and then you still have to wait extended amounts of time. Also my antenna was left off my vehicle and it is very inconvenient for m hours to complete and then you still have to wait extended amounts of time.
