Bought a used car from Gettel and it came with a 3 month 3000 mile warranty. They do NOT stand by their warranties if there are any real issues. To begin with Gettel doesn't have a very good reputation here in Punta Gorda and I was cautioned about coming here but decided to give them a chance. However, I'm very disappointed that a dealership with it here in Punta Gorda and I was cautioned about coming here but decided to give them a chance. However, I'm very disappointed that a dealership with it's professional training and resources wasn't able to make a complete repair in a two day period of time. This is requiring me to make another appointment and undoubtedly be without my vehicle another unknown number of days. On the bright side the service rep did an EXCELLENT job of keeping me informed. I will request her the next time I come in. If all your service reps performed as well as mine did it would be a great benefit to the dealership. More
