As far as the actual repair, the service tech was outstanding. It was a 2 day repair and required a seasoned talented and knowledgeable engine mechanic. People kept asking us if we had a diesel Jeep as the engine was so noisy. We thought that must be the way it runs! We had the vehicle 2 years before we found the right people, Ray, and the service tech, who listened to us, found the problem was something in the engine that would have been a major problem for us down the road. It was fixed under warranty. We are so appreciative! More

All was great with service until checkout. Your people are great. When it came time to pay service mgr said credit card machine wants to charge me additional 3%. Even your people want to blame it on someone else! Much better customer service to offer a 3% discount for cash than to surprise customers with an unexpected change. Ownership should ask if a negative last impression is worth 3%. Better to hide it in your price. More
