Ran into complications on my repairs. Complication was not the result of the repair but could have been discovered during first or second visit. That said, Service personnel were friendly and professional and management involvement ensured I didn't incur any further expense. These days integrity counts so I'm good. One suggestion for the shop; there seems to be a drop out in followup should a service tech (that is assigned to you) leaves while you are waiting on a part. More

When I called I was told the part I needed was in stock, then after dropping off car I was told they needed to order the part? Very xxxx poor communication with the business manager after the sale. I needed a new temporary license for the new Jeep that purchased from them because the first temporary license was going to expire b after the sale. I needed a new temporary license for the new Jeep that purchased from them because the first temporary license was going to expire before my new license would arrive. After making several phone calls, I finally received a call back from Mark. I told him the situation and that I was coming to town the following day. He told me to get contact David when I arrived and he would be able to get me a new temp license plate right away. I showed up and talked to the receptionist and told her who I was and needed to talk with David about getting a new temp license plate. She went to his office and came back and told me that he was busy and I would be awhile before he could help me. I went back 25 minutes later to the receptionist, she goes to Davids office. This time I could see that David didn't have anyone in the office with him. She came back and told me that David was still busy and to come back later and that the store was open until 7:00, or that I could come back the next day. I told her that I live an hour away and wanted to talk to Mark this time. So Mark goes into Davids office and within 5 minutes David was able to get me a new temp license plate. I'm not sure why David thought the his time was more valuable then mine. My next vehicle purchase will be with a company that appreciates their customers after the purchase. More
Tracy Lambert was very helpful when I arrived for an oil change with my Chrysler 300S on the wrong day. She checked with the service department and they got my car done.
