Bad experience at gettle chrysler, dodge, ram and jeep. I was told all 4 on my tires on my 1 year old vehicle were cupped and broken bands. The mechanic could not explain why my tires are like this. I feel like the company that sold me the car with these faulty tires should replace them. The mechanic said maybe from over inflation? My car has a system that tells me if they are too inflated or not enough. I have rotated my tires and gotten oil changes when this vehicle needs it. More

After waiting for 2 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change and to check for a noise under the hood, I had to ask about the noise. I asked if I could drive to Orlando and another advisor suggested no. I was sent on my way without asking for another appointment. And having been here 3 or 4 times was never offered a complimentary free car wash which was advertised in the waiting area. Got the water pump replaced at Tires Choice and didn’t have to pay a $190 diagnostic fee. Raymond Majzel More
