Third time to post. I brought my 2010 Car into the dealer and requested it be fixed. The car has been there 5 times for the same issue (window leak). The delaer has told me that they fixed the issue and yet and requested it be fixed. The car has been there 5 times for the same issue (window leak). The delaer has told me that they fixed the issue and yet it still leaks. Doing speeds of over 60 mph make the driver's door leak. This time I went there to meet a Tech sent in to look at the car. The tech told me to be there BEFORE 8:30AM and he was late! Then he took about 40 minutes talking to the Service Manager about the car. I asked the Service Rep to tell him to meet me first, he failed to do so. So, he came over to me and said he wanted to take the car out. the Service Manager me and him went to the Interstate. We went on the highway where he was speeding doing 90+ MPH over a bridge in Punta Gorda. He said to me on the way back that he heard nothing. We got back to the dealer and he said he was going to take the car out alone. He came back about 45 minutes after that and talked with the service manager. Bill then came out of the office with Dennis and said he found nothing wrong. I then asked him why the car has been back for 5 times to be fixed. The Service Manager just stood there and Bill said ;there is nothing we can do for your car. I took the key and started to walk out and said to Dennis that he failed to email me back when I asked him to and that he lacks professiona customer service skills. I would not recommend service at the place and I would stay clear of Dennis. I will NEVER go there again for service. More
the two of them were great and took care of issues I have had with my 2010 Dodge Challenger. I am very pleased with the responses and the quality of work.
