Made an appointment for an electrical issue, and was given Tuesday the 22nd at 1:30. The person handling the car – Jared – called me and said that they did not have a chance to look at it at any point on Tuesday, but that I was first up Wednesday morning. Heard nothing all morning. By afternoon I had left Jared three messages, had called the front desk twice and had emailed the listed Service Manager Robert Bruhn. No one called. The service manager never responded. Extremely late in the day Jared called, seemingly curious as to why I had called so often. I told him he now had the car for two full days, had told me he would call me in the morning, and yet I did not even have the courtesy to call informing me of what was going on. He assured me I was first up for Thursday. Thursday. No calls, no texts, nothing. By this point I had given up on Jared and called the service manager (Ricky Sally) directly. I was sent to a voicemail where I left a message outlining the issues above. No response. Late in the day Jared called, stating they were getting it in (three days after the appointment) and would diagnose it. He asked for additional hours of diagnostic time. By the end of the day, they still did not have the issue diagnosed. Friday Jared texts. They now know what the issue is, have the part in stock, and will call “in a few minutes” with the estimates. 90 minutes later he calls and says they will try to get it done by the end of the day. Maybe Monday. We talked at 12:30. No calls or texts the remainder of the day. Monday no calls. No texts. Finally, I called the front desk and said we need to end this now. I will wait on the line until someone takes the call. Ricky Sally takes the call and tells me he has no idea why the car is sitting for a full week to get two hours of work. He will look into it. He leaves a message at 1:30 stating they cannot get to it today, but it will be done by the end of the day Tuesday. One wonders why the car could not have been fixed in the four hours left in that day. Tuesday they finally call and say the car is done. Two hours of labor takes one full week of extremely poor customer service and unnecessary aggravation. Take it to Northport or Fort Myers. More

I truly wish I never had my vehicle towed to this dealership. I was told they have the worst customer service ever. I know now that is true.. The service department’s customer service is horrible. Both Jordan and Shawn talk in circles, but don’t give any direct answers. I had an appointment scheduled for my car to get fixed on a Friday only to find that was an appointment to speak with a rep to drop off the car. I was then called and said they needed it over the weekend even though it would not be looked at until Monday. On Monday by 15:00 I still had not heard back so I had to call in to find out about my car. At that time I was told they couldn’t determine the problem, that it would take longer to diagnose but could not provide a timeframe when they would know. They also advise they may not be able to get parts, even though a mechanic up north didn’t seem to have a problem but just couldn’t get it in the needed time frame. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!!! It will save you a headache in the long run. More
I cannot recall a Service Dept Manager ever being as professional, respectful, and knowledgable as Doug Cade. Over the years I have owned American, as well as, foreign made vehicles from mid-range to l professional, respectful, and knowledgable as Doug Cade. Over the years I have owned American, as well as, foreign made vehicles from mid-range to luxury priced. I turned to Gettel Jeep recently when my daughter had an issue with her Wrangler and another dealership chose to do nothing even though the issue was covered by her active warranty. In fact, she was erroneously informed that her warranty no longer existed. Doug assisted me in guiding my daughter toward a successful service experience at a dealership in another state. I am totally impressed with his involvement in this issue when he certainly could have decided not to spend his professional efforts not only with an out to town Jeep owner but also with only the owner's concerned parent. In my opinion, Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram would be remiss not to put Doug Cade in an Administrative role in which he can instruct other Service Managers in excellent customer skills. It is my pleasure to write this review and I certainly hope that it is acted upon by those who care to replicate Doug's superior professionalism. More
Vehicle purchased has computer issues. Vehicle computer restarted in an intersection and turned the engine off. I was able to coast through with momentum. Every time I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told he was at “another location.” Gettel has been unreliable and like they are trying to avoid any accountability. I do not feel safe in the vehicle Gettel sold me. More
Always excellent service Took our Jeep Wrangler in for regular oil change and check up. John Merrill is always there promptly to assist us with our check in and check out. Calls if service found any extras they thought were a good idea to have done while there i.e.: change the air filter which we had done. John went over the bill in detail. No surprises ever when we go with our two Jeep Wranglers. He's honest, upfront, professional asset to Gettel. We trust him. He's the best. Will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Gettel as long as John is still there. Thanks for hiring him!!!! More
