At best, this interaction is a solid D. The only reason it’s not an F is because despite all the setbacks, people were at least nice about it. Had an appointment set up for 7:30am, no com The only reason it’s not an F is because despite all the setbacks, people were at least nice about it. Had an appointment set up for 7:30am, no communication throughout the day, took texting and calls on my part to find out that they couldn’t fix the issue. Once I did get back to the dealership (out of pocket because no one would respond to me), I came to find out that the issue wasn’t because they couldn’t figure it out, but because it wasn’t even looked at. The truck sat for 8 hours and moved 15 feet from where I left it first thing in the morning. I was then explained that appointments are not appointments and the time is just a suggestion for drop off. How does that make sense? Even worse, the person who explained that to me was saying how she, “needed to constantly remind the guys to explain that” when in reality SHE was the one that set me up. On top of that, this was even after receiving a call to push my date back from when it was originally scheduled. Vehicle still not working the way it should, the question on if additional work can be done (at additional cost I’m willing to pay) hasn’t been answered, and any desire of buying a new vehicle from this dealership for my wife is completely diminished. All I ask for is that I have a working radio in a timely manner. If the vehicle needs to stay for an extended time, provide me with something to use for the day, and let me know the cost of adding in an accessory. This is my 4th Jeep and I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a service center on top of wasting an entire day. More
