My jeep has been in 3 times for hood flutter. I was told 100% guaranteed the problem was resolved after the 3rd visit, still flutters at highway speeds, no change. Last contact with her was May 2nd, said she would call me in the morning (May 3rd). No call, today is May 11th. She also told me to expect a call from someone "higher up, no call. This is the 3rd and last jeep I will ever purchase, mainly due to the poor service I have received at Gettel. We are looking into the lemon law since Gettel isn't interested or unable to resolve this issue. I would never recommend Gettel to anyone. More

I have a Dodge truck and I took it to this dealer and brought it to the service manager. A female associate tried to help me, but she got confused & started to help another customer! I asked if we were d brought it to the service manager. A female associate tried to help me, but she got confused & started to help another customer! I asked if we were done checking in and she said that we could go. No papers were filled out or given to me. I left under the impression that I had checked my vehicle in and that I could leave. After 2 phonecalls for progress on my vehicle, I get a call from the service manager and he didn't know what or where my vehicle was, but he knew it was still on his lot. This was going on for about 5 days. They finally located my vehicle & got it fixed & returned to me. I will never go back to this service center again! This was an example of the most incompetent service department that I have ever had at a dealership in my life! More
