They don't answer the phone. rhey do not return ur phone calls.i have had my truck there 3 times and they haver not fixed it once. It's always we can't duplicate it. Had two issues. Drivers door window and cracked steering linkage broken. Dealerships don't stock parts anymore so they had to order them from Chrysler warehouse. He also advised me of a recall issued for my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and stated that it would be taken care of. A part needed to be ordered and was obtained without problems and the work was completed as scheduled. This was my second experience using the Gettel Punta Gorda’s service department and would recommend it to my friends and family. More
