I turned in my new 2023 Jeep Wrangler with 13K miles for service because it was over heating. The Drive Lane Manager Jake Wyatt did not provide me with the appropriate rental or service. My Jeep is going to be in the shop for days and I will not have a vehicle because they do not have the staff to run the shop. This is not what a customer should be hearing at a Jeep Dealer. The sad part is there were a few of us in the shop that morning with the same issue. They do not have an issue selling you a 70K vehicle claiming that it has 3 years 36, 000 miles warranty. "Any issue, you bring right here, and we will take care of it" But when you take the vehicle in for service, they treat you like garbage. According to Jake, it is their policy. I purchased 2 vehicles from Gettel in 2023 and my wife wanted to purchase a new Jeep Wagoneer this year. I will never return to service my vehicles or purchase a new vehicle from Gettel. They should be ashamed. More
