I searched EVERYWHERE for the right car at the right price. I'm a recent college graduate and had a strict budget. I drove here from Naples, making several stops through Fort Myers and even Labelle. Although the car that I was looking for was not on the lot at the Palm Jeep dealership, they made a few calls and found the right car for me nearby. It was delivered the next day in perfect condition and even had some nice bonus features in it, but still at a the great low rate. Ricky was more than helpful and went above and beyond when trying to find me the right vehicle. Above all, I appreciated that they were not pushy, just helpful! I would absolutely recommend this dealership, it's worth the drive! More

We have to drive some distance to buy from Palm Auto BUT IT IS THE DEALER and salespeople that make the difference when buying.Susan had patience with all our questions and took the time to do it. My wife and I are Snowbirds who seasonally reside in Punta Gorda Florida. We very recently decided to purchase a car to leave in Florida. We visiteed PALM AUTOMOBILE GROUP as a result of an advertisemen Punta Gorda Florida. We very recently decided to purchase a car to leave in Florida. We visiteed PALM AUTOMOBILE GROUP as a result of an advertisement in the local paper.It was Saturday and very busy. However, a very gregarious and jovial salesman named Tom Dole greeted us and answered all our questions about a new (2010) Chrysler Sebring Convertible,which, along with Tom, we took for a test ride. Tom's sense of human and knowledge of the car made us feel very comfortable as my previous experience with car purchasing has not been pleasurable.Tom was not "pushy", very personable and realized my wife and I needed further discussions.Tom offered to return to the dealership on Sunday(even though it was closed)if we needed him to. He introduced us to his friendly manager( Bill) and said to call his cell if we had any questions or required any further information. We eventually decided to purchase the vehicle in question and the experience was painless.We met Steve and Tiffany who helped us through the process.They were so helpful with assisting on the financial aspect because of the money transaction from Canada. Shopping for a new car can be like "hanging wallpaper" with your wife.However,staff at Palm Automobile really made it enjoyable. Thanks everyone,especially Tom.
