Would not honor the free tire rotation on new car. It seems they made a lot of people angry, including myself, at Palm Auto Dodge. I bought a brand new Dodge Dart a few months back, and the salesman told me we had 4 free oil changes, along with a tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection over 2 years. When I brought the car in for an oil change, they told me that the tire rotation was not included. I instantly produced the paper I was given at the time of sale, showing that the 3 things I listed above were mentioned. They said that listing the tire rotation was a mistake by Chrysler, and that the tires would NOT be rotated. I spoke to the salesman I bought the car from, and he told me he never said that. I was angry to say the least. As I was waiting for my car, there was an elderly woman who seemed quite agitated. It turned out she was told the same thing when she bought her car, and they would not honor it for her either! My car was up on the lift for over an hour. How hard would it have been to take 5 minutes, and rotate the tires? Instead, they wanted to charge $19.99 + tax, and treat it as a separate service. In the past I have recommended Palm Auto to 4 of my family members who bought cars there. That is the last time they will ever see sent from me! More

I bought new 2014 Grand Cherokee. When taking delivery my I bought new 2014 Grand Cherokee. When taking delivery my wife noticed a deep scratch on passenger door. I took the car back twice and waited a couple of hours only to hear that the scratch expert could not repair the scratch, Now the car has to go back for the body shop to fix. I also found out after purchasing the car that there was 325 miles on it. Was told that was because car had to be transferred from another dealer. HUH? I also found out while washing the car a few days after purchase that the wheel wells and rocker molding were splashed with white paint. I thought that I might have ran across a recently painted white line on the road. My wife saw me in the garage spraying with black paint and asked me what I was doing? When I told her she said she saw that on the wheel wells when we took delivery and thought it was mud. I had enough and called General manager Tonya Blair. She said she was sorry and would have the salesman take the car back for body work. Overall this was not a good car buying experience. More
About a year after I purchased my new Jeep Commander, the paint on the fenders started to chip. I contacted Jeep who told me to take it back to Palm and have them look at it.
