We were ready to trade in our Honda for a new Toyota minivan. We asked for Chris because he had been very helpful earlier in our search for a used van for a friend. After discussing what vehicle met my needs the most we needed a payment range that was comfortable for me. This was my first NEW car purchase, so it was a big decision for me. I also worked with Tom and Wayne in the sales department, they were both a huge help. I didn't feel pressured, but felt like they listened to my needs. Tom was especially helpful when going over the features of my new car. There are many "what I call fun features" that are included in my vehicle that I was not even aware of. All in all this was a very pleasurable experience buying a car. I didn't feel the buyers remorse that I have felt when working with other dealerships in the past. Matter of fact I even brought a vehicle back once because I didn't feel I ended up with the vehicle that I wanted, but was "SOLD" something they recomended. This in not the case here and I would recommend Palm Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge to anyone that is in the market for a new care purchase. Although the car that I was looking for was not on the lot at the Palm Jeep dealership, they made a few calls and found the right car for me nearby. It was delivered the next day in perfect condition and even had some nice bonus features in it, but still at a the great low rate. Ricky was more than helpful and went above and beyond when trying to find me the right vehicle. Above all, I appreciated that they were not pushy, just helpful! I would absolutely recommend this dealership, it's worth the drive! More
