They want over $30,000 for the car, out the door. Full MSRP, no money off unless you qualify for special offers. I drove the car on May 19th, talked numbers, and said I couldn't afford the car. Salesman had to huddle with his manager several times before he handed me off to the Director. She wasted well over an hour of my time. When I said I want to leave, she said I needed to see the manager first. They offered me only a thousand dollars for my car, $3,200 below kelley blue book fair condition trade value. My car is in good condition with only 67,000 miles. I said I can't afford the car. They finally gave my car keys back and let me leave. Total time at dealer. 1 hour and 45 minutes. They advertised a free $50 Visa gift card with test drive. They didn't validate the offer, although the salesman told me that they did. I called at least a dozen times to inquire about the gift card. I also sent numerous texts and a few emails. They did not respond. They avoided me. I enlisted the aid of the company that issues the cards. 17 days after my test drive these unscrupulous Gettel people validated my gift card offer. These people are shifty and unethical. Air conditioning didn't work and we also asked to have them re-look at the recall of the radio that was causing problems that was supposedly fixed in December 2018. Of course, once they get in there other problems arise, which I can understand. BUT they had the car for four days with no luck fixing the radio. They knew we needed the truck to get back to school. You would think they would order another radio... but no.... they ran down the battery trying to fix it and now my daughter has NO radio and a blank screen. THIS WAS A RECALL. No hands free, no back up camera.... and she drives 9 hours to school. Response from dealer, sorry we couldn't fix it for you in time. so we have to leave with the problem not fixed. We get the truck home and get it washed. then go to start it up and the battery is dead. ok no problem, we charge it, check the battery and all shows it is good. but then the next morning when she leaves for school - the BATTERY IS DEAD again. So what did service do to cause this additional problem?! Worrying about a child so far away from home for college is hard enough, but now the additional worry of the truck not starting!! I am so beyond upset. It doesn't do any good calling, I get the same answer. We couldn't find the problem. It is worse than it was when we took it in. SO frustrated. Unless I can't get in at any other Ram dealer for service/recall, I will not choose this one again. Greg tried to be nice but couldn't deliver and didn't provide any type of solution for our problem. Horrible Experience Horrible Customer Service I purchase a 2018 Nissan Frontier from them 12/22/2018. They were very attentive when they wanted me to purchase. They offered me a $25 gift card to test drive which they never gave me even though I purchased the vehicle. They charged me $2,496.00 for a 7 year extended warranty that started at time of purchase even though there was still 2 yrs left on the manufactures warranty instead of it starting after the manufacture warranty. When I finally got someone to respond on Jan 8th 2019 I cancelled the warranty but the credit union did not receive the funds. It was only after 2/25 that I gave them until Friday 3/1 to have the money to the credit union or I was turning it over to my attorney and contacting channel 8 news they replied giving a ck# they claimed was sent out the first of February 15 days earlier. I advised them to bank wire funds that Friday was their deadline. The credit union received the funds on Friday 3/1 almost 2 months after cancellation. I still did not receive the gift card. I also had poor customer service with Gettel Nissan in Sarasota regarding service to my Sentra and from Gettel Chevrolet when I was researching the purchase of a Colorado truck before I purchased the Frontier. Seems to be Gettel thing. Sarasota Ford was great gave me a gift card for the test drive of their Frontier but we couldn't reach an agreeable price, Wish I had purchased from them even if it meant paying a couple of hundred dollars more, I hope I never have to do business with Gettel ever again, More

They called me 20 times/day when they wanted to sell me a car but they don't return my phone calls when I needed do specially the Finance Department. Shady business tactics just to get you in the door. They wasted 3+ hours of my time, as I had driven up from Naples to look at a Challenger. The car was listed online for $24k with a MSRP of $33k. I asked them several times if there were stipulations to the online sale price and that I'm not interested in playing that kind of game and they said "No, we don't play games like that here." Yet, that's EXACTLY what they did! They also claim to pay in the "top 20% tier" for trade-ins, yet the quote I received for my trade-in was laughable and no where near the top percentile. I was supposed to receive a $25 gift card for test driving and I did not receive that. I wasted my time, money and gas on a shady dealership. I would RUN FAR AWAY from this place. There are tons of reputable auto dealerships in South Florida and unfortunately Gettel is not one of them. 0/5 stars, would not recommend. More

Bad news is, I was a returning customer today. Have bought two other vehicles from this same location. Was it ever different here today. On the internet, later tonight, I noticed they have a lower satisfaction rating. But the sad news is, they wasted several hours of my time, and I felt sorry for the salesman, who was at the mercy of a superior. I have referred this dealership to my friends, after buying previous vehicles. I will still refer them, “Best stay away from Gettel Jeep. They used to be straight up, once.” (Oh, I almost forgot. I verified the price with Katie in internet sales, before I went there.) More
