I cannot recall a Service Dept Manager ever being as professional, respectful, and knowledgable as Doug Cade. Over the years I have owned American, as well as, foreign made vehicles from mid-range to l professional, respectful, and knowledgable as Doug Cade. Over the years I have owned American, as well as, foreign made vehicles from mid-range to luxury priced. I turned to Gettel Jeep recently when my daughter had an issue with her Wrangler and another dealership chose to do nothing even though the issue was covered by her active warranty. In fact, she was erroneously informed that her warranty no longer existed. Doug assisted me in guiding my daughter toward a successful service experience at a dealership in another state. I am totally impressed with his involvement in this issue when he certainly could have decided not to spend his professional efforts not only with an out to town Jeep owner but also with only the owner's concerned parent. In my opinion, Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram would be remiss not to put Doug Cade in an Administrative role in which he can instruct other Service Managers in excellent customer skills. It is my pleasure to write this review and I certainly hope that it is acted upon by those who care to replicate Doug's superior professionalism. More

The sales manger lied about the discount, offered one discount one day, Went back to finalize deal the next day and was told that discount on that car expired when I left the dealership the day before. Went to walk out, was offered the deal again then gave me the monthly payment but increased the term length by 12 months without telling me. Both times this was the sales manager trying to beat me for thousands at each attempt. The only reason I continued with the deal after the numbers were fixed was the salesman Brian Marsh was a true gentleman and I wanted him to have the sale. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Vehicle purchased has computer issues. Vehicle computer restarted in an intersection and turned the engine off. I was able to coast through with momentum. Service department did what they could and I was restarted in an intersection and turned the engine off. I was able to coast through with momentum. Every time I asked to speak with the General Manager, I was told he was at “another location.” Gettel has been unreliable and like they are trying to avoid any accountability. I do not feel safe in the vehicle Gettel sold me. More
Do not plan on buying a used car from these people unless you are a mechanic or bring one with you. I paid $7000.00 cash and 7 weeks later it completely died on me. Always excellent service Took our Jeep Wrangler in for regular oil change and check up. John Merrill is always there promptly to assist us with our check in and check out. Calls if service found any extras they thought were a good idea to have done while there i.e.: change the air filter which we had done. John went over the bill in detail. No surprises ever when we go with our two Jeep Wranglers. He's honest, upfront, professional asset to Gettel. We trust him. He's the best. Will continue to have our vehicles serviced at Gettel as long as John is still there. Thanks for hiring him!!!! More
Bait and switch be careful !!! I went to this dealership to purchase a 13,000 car advertised then got to the dealership and ended up paying 20,000 before purchasing anything other than the car, after negoti to purchase a 13,000 car advertised then got to the dealership and ended up paying 20,000 before purchasing anything other than the car, after negotiating the price of the car when they got to the contract they cleverly changed the price to reflect the payment I was trying to stay under then moved the payment to 75 months and lied about that as well. They wear you down waiting for hours so your too tired to catch all the games they play with you, shame on me for not reading the contact better but I thought they were an honest standup business. More

Got fooled by Gettel with lots of false information Every employee of Gettel told me a different story about a truck that was supposed to be in inventory and displayed on their webpage. An offer was negotiated with Blake, over the phone, he even measured the bed of the truck, a verbal deal was confirmed, but just to tell me the next day, the day where I wanted to pick up the truck, that the truck has left the inventory by a sudden dealer trade. Yet, it remained online available for 14 days. On about day 14 its price was online reduced! I called and Amanda at Gettel and she told me, "that I got lucky because the customer, who wanted to buy the truck, could not finance it." So, I learned, it was not a dealer trade away? So, yes, Amanda confirmed yet again, „I should come and get it." I rented right away a car to be able to drive to the dealership. Arrived and was sitting 20 minutes in their sales room and the sales Manager Eric meat me, in order to tell me another story: This time the car was again 'dealer traded' and left the inventory. Eric apologized and offered me a $25 coupon per email for lost gas money on my useless trip. Same evening, back home, I checked the webpage and the truck was replaced with a truck of very similar specs and a different VIN number. What the heck? I would have gotten that one instead... why I was not offered that one? By now I believed that the online inventory is just for 'bait and switch' and not any true. The email coupon never arrived. Instead I was now asked to provide a mailing address, which I don't really have as a full time RV traveler. I contacted Eric again by text and phone, and he wanted to offer me something complicated, some paper mail processed $25 coupon, but hey, $25 money can't buy my feelings back in wasting at least a day of my lifetime. So, verdict, I would not recommend Gettel if you are out in looking to buy a car you found in their online inventory. More
