My car repair took a total of six weeks to complete for a automatic door repair among other repairs requested Six weeks! Days before then, when I went to pick up the requested repair it was not done. I had t automatic door repair among other repairs requested Six weeks! Days before then, when I went to pick up the requested repair it was not done. I had to return days later. I paid the bill but the dealership did not pay for the inconvenience. Hugely Unacceptable! I have no confidence that this dealership delivers. I hope management took this very seriously. More

Calling to make an appointment during the last 2 months was hard. Servicing department was busy. I was told 2 weeks wait time and someone will call me back 3 times. Left messages. Actual service was great was hard. Servicing department was busy. I was told 2 weeks wait time and someone will call me back 3 times. Left messages. Actual service was great. Rep was patient and explain well. Waiting time was reasonable. I asked a rep who was walking by about trading in and buying new vehicle like mine and he said that they didn't make that vehicle any more but he could show me a used one which he did. All my questions were answered. I received text about my servicing vehicle while being servicing. Customer service on a whole was great. I would refer friends and family to Gettel anytime. More
