Calling to make an appointment during the last 2 months was hard. Servicing department was busy. I was told 2 weeks wait time and someone will call me back 3 times. Left messages. Rep was patient and explain well. Waiting time was reasonable. I asked a rep who was walking by about trading in and buying new vehicle like mine and he said that they didn't make that vehicle any more but he could show me a used one which he did. All my questions were answered. I received text about my servicing vehicle while being servicing. Customer service on a whole was great. I would refer friends and family to Gettel anytime. More
