Adam, my repair service rep was completely incompetent. I had to contact my Dodge dealer in Lancaster, PA who was able to locate the needed repair part at a Dodge dealer in FT Myers, Fl and I had to drive I had to contact my Dodge dealer in Lancaster, PA who was able to locate the needed repair part at a Dodge dealer in FT Myers, Fl and I had to drive to Ft Myers and pick up l a pay for the part and deliver it to Gettel in Punta Gorda to complete the repair.
