My sales person Liam was awesome. It was a no haggle process. They took my lease with no fees. The finance process was fast an easy. I think my finance person was Jason. My engine light came on one day after purchasing my SUV. I called to make an appointment to have it looked at. Once arriving, the service tech glanced at the Kia Sportage and said, “you have to take it to K I called to make an appointment to have it looked at. Once arriving, the service tech glanced at the Kia Sportage and said, “you have to take it to Kia”. Wish I had known that before driving 40 minutes out of my way. I was told by my sales guys, Brandon Jordan to call their service dept! Hopefully Kia can fix it and I didn’t buy a Lemon from Gettel!! More
