To be honest, I don’t like car dealerships and in my experience, the people are usually shady. Brandon Jordan is not one of those people. He, as well as the staff there, we’re professional, kind and ext experience, the people are usually shady. Brandon Jordan is not one of those people. He, as well as the staff there, we’re professional, kind and extremely accommodating. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel uncomfortable at all. Brandon spoke to us on a personal level, and even shared stories about his own family, and I could feel that he empathized with our specific needs. We have a special needs son that had a bad day there and Brandon as well as Brian, the financial part of the deal, took great care and sympathy of our situation. Mr. Jordan’s checked back with us several times to make sure that we were fully satisfied even weeks after the purchase. It was the only time I have ever felt relaxed and calm at a car dealership. My jeep has been in 3 times for hood flutter. I was told 100% guaranteed the problem was resolved after the 3rd visit, still flutters at highway speeds, no change. Last contact with her was May 2nd, said she would call me in the morning (May 3rd). No call, today is May 11th. She also told me to expect a call from someone "higher up, no call. This is the 3rd and last jeep I will ever purchase, mainly due to the poor service I have received at Gettel. We are looking into the lemon law since Gettel isn't interested or unable to resolve this issue. I would never recommend Gettel to anyone. More
