They moved mountains to get me in but didn't fix the problem which happened on my drive home from pickup. My voicemail explaining that the issue wasn't resolved went unanswered as I had to repeat it to problem which happened on my drive home from pickup. My engine was hydro locked after the hurricane and had to be replaced. It took 2 months for it to be replaced. Most of this time was waiting for it to arrive from the factory. Jake contacted me regularly wit be replaced. It took 2 months for it to be replaced. Most of this time was waiting for it to arrive from the factory. Jake contacted me regularly with updates on the status and followed through with my insurance company. I found him to be very courteous, responsible, and professional. I will ask for him by name and recommend him to anyone who needs their car serviced by Gettel. More
